Deck Mount Lab Faucets with 360° Swivel Gooseneck (Duraline Control Valve): PVC, Natural Polypropylene, and PVDF These innovative lab faucets feature an integrated swivel union design that enables complete 360-degree rotation of the gooseneck without loosening any components, providing superior flexibility and ease of use in laboratory environments. Engineered for applications involving distilled, deionized, RO, ultra-filtered water, and chemical dispensing, these faucets deliver a maximum flow rate of 2.4 GPM at 80 PSI and are designed to meet or exceed FDA, USDA, and USP standards. The faucets incorporate an injection-molded construction and a heavy-wall, custom-extruded gooseneck for increased rigidity. They are available in PVC, unpigmented natural polypropylene, and PVDF materials.
The faucets come with the following features:
Inlet connections: The faucets come with a standard 3/8" female NPT inlet, and a polypropylene or pvdf Jaco 3/8" O.D. x 3/8" male NPT compression tube fitting is included.
Deck Panel Mounting: The lab faucet assembly includes a 3" through-deck nipple shank, ring nut, and casual water gasket. All assemblies require a 1" diameter hole for mounting, and the maximum deck thickness is 3".

Materials of Construction: The lab faucet body and components are injection-molded in PVC, natural unpigmented polypropylene, or PVDF. These materials meet or exceed FDA, USDA, and USP standards. The Duraline control valve seal and seat are machined from 100% virgin PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene).
