The LG-DDSU-B1 PVC Laboratory Faucet is engineered for distilled, deionized, RO, ultra-filtered water, and chemical dispensing applications. This deck-mounted model features a 360° swivel gooseneck for flexible positioning and a Duraline zero dead leg control valve for precise, reliable flow control in high-purity environments.

• 360° Swivel Gooseneck
  Integrated swivel union design allows full rotation of the gooseneck without loosening components, maintaining seal integrity for flexible positioning.
• High Flow Performance
  Delivers up to 2.4 GPM at 80 PSI for efficient dispensing in lab environments.
• Removable Serrated Barb Tip
  Accepts 1/4"–1/2" I.D. tubing; removing the tip leaves a 1/4" Female NPT outlet for accessories.
• Duraline Control Valve
  PTFE-sealed with an encapsulated modified PTFE shut-off seal for low gas permeability, improved creep/extrusion resistance, and extended service life.
• Zero Dead Leg Design
  Crevice-free internal geometry helps prevent stagnation to support purity.
• Handle Orientation – Back
  Back-handle configuration for installations where rear operation is preferred.
• Rugged Construction
  All injection-molded body with heavy-wall, custom-extruded gooseneck for increased rigidity and durability.
• Standard Inlet Connection
  3/8" Female NPT inlet; includes Jaco 3/8" O.D. compression tube x 3/8" MNPT fitting.

  Includes 3" through-deck nipple shank, ring nut, and casual-water gasket; fits 1" diameter hole; max deck thickness 3".

  180 PSI @ 72°F (PVC).
• Material Specifications – PVC
  Rigid, non-phthalate PVC construction providing high rigidity, impact resistance, and a smooth surface finish. Certified to NSF/ANSI 14, 50, 51, and 61. Typical physical properties: specific gravity 1.37–1.41 g/cm³, tensile strength ~50 MPa, flexural strength ~90 MPa. RoHS compliant.
• Seal Material – Modified PTFE
  White modified PTFE shut-off seals (Fluoroloy® A02 class) designed for light dynamic/static service with low gas permeability and enhanced creep/extrusion resistance.
