Wall Mount Swivel Lab Faucets (Duraline Control Valve): PVC, Natural Polypropylene, and PVDF
These lab faucets are suitable for applications involving distilled, deionized, RO, ultra-filtered water, and chemical dispensing. The faucets have a maximum flow rate of 2.4 GPM at 80 PSI and are designed to meet or exceed FDA, USDA, and USP standards. The faucets feature an injection-molded construction and a heavy-wall, custom-extruded gooseneck for increased rigidity. They are available in PVC, unpigmented natural polypropylene, and PVDF materials.
The faucets come with the following features:
Standard 3/8" female NPT inlet connection and a Jaco 3/8" O.D. compression tube fitting
Removable serrated outlet barb fitting that accepts 1/4"-1/2" I.D. tubing and leaves a 1/4" female NPT inlet when removed
Duraline control valve with PTFE sealing and an encapsulated PTFE shut-off seal for ideal construction geometry and constant on/off operation
Crevice-free control valve with zero dead leg
Swivel union that allows for 360 degrees of gooseneck rotation without the need to loosen the union
Inlet connections: The faucets come with a standard 3/8" female NPT inlet, and a polypropylene Jaco 3/8" O.D. x 3/8" male NPT compression tube fitting is included.
Wall Panel Mounting: The lab faucet assembly includes a 2.5" (standard) or 1.5" (optional) through-wall nipple shank, ring nut, and casual water gasket. All assemblies require a 1" diameter hole for mounting, and the maximum wall thickness is 2.5" (standard) or 1.5" (optional).

PVC: 180 PSI @ 72° Fahrenheit
Natural Polypropylene: 150 PSI @ 72° Fahrenheit
PVDF: 220 PSI @ 72° Fahrenheit
Materials of Construction: The lab faucet body and components are injection-molded in PVC, natural unpigmented polypropylene, or PVDF. These materials meet or exceed FDA, USDA, and USP standards. The Duraline control valve seal and seat are machined from 100% virgin PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene).
