• LG-WDSU-R1 is a wall mount swivel lab faucet is made from PVC, suitable for distilled, deionized, and RO water applications, as well as chemical dispensing. The faucet is designed to meet or exceed FDA, USDA, and USP standards.
• PVC material, NSF listed under 14/61 for both potable water and DWV applications
• Maximum flow rate of 2.4 GPM at 80 PSI when fully open
• All injection molded, rugged design and construction
• Heavy-wall, custom-extruded gooseneck component for increased rigidity
• Standard 3/8" female NPT inlet connection
• Includes a Jaco 3/8" O.D. compression tube fitting
• Removable serrated outlet barb fitting that accepts 1/4"-1/2" I.D. tubing
  • When removed, the barb tip leaves a 1/4" female NPT outlet for connecting to accessories and other fittings
• Duraline control valve with all PTFE sealing:
  • Encapsulated PTFE shut-off seal provides an ideal construction geometry for keeping the PTFE in compression for constant on/off operation
  • Crevice-free with zero dead leg
• Swivel union provides 360 degrees of rotation without the need to loosen the union

Inlet connections:The faucet comes with a standard 3/8" female NPT inlet and includes a polypropylene Jaco 3/8" O.D. x 3/8" male NPT compression tube fitting.

Wall Panel Mounting:The lab faucet assembly includes a 2.5" through-wall nipple shank, ring nut, and casual water gasket. All assemblies require a 1" diameter hole for mounting, and the maximum wall thickness is 2.5".

Max Pressure Rating:

• PVC: 180 PSI @ 72° Fahrenheit

• Duraline control valve seal & seat: The stem seal and encapsulated shut-off seal are machined from 100% virgin PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene).
