The Ashcroft Duragauge Process Gauge is vacuum assembled, using first in kind technology, to our Tuff Guard which is Injection Molded with Insert Molded Stainless Reinforced Threads. The Upper Chamber Instrument Connection is a heavy duty 1/2" Female NPT to properly handle a gauge of this size! This offering provides the first of its kind in the industry as Accuracy and Durability are unmatched for a full Process Gauge Guard assembly. Fully assembled, Accuracy is within +1% of stated Gauge accuracy of 1% of span. 
  • Modified PTFE Diaphragm Standard, Viton or EPDM Available
  • Diaphragm is Convoluted for Accurate Pressure Transmission.
  • Stainless steel reinforced instrument connection. Integrally molded. "Unbreakable!"
  • Reinforced process connection with compressive spoke ribs to transfer the tensile stress into compression.
  • Wall thickness meet or exceed ANSI Schedule 120.
  • Sufficient displacement to handle the required volumetric displacement of the Process Gauge
  • Integral wrench provisions for field service and maintenance. Diaphragm is Replaceable.
  • Low Profile Design eliminates Dead Volume
