Deck Mount Lab Faucets with 360° Swivel Gooseneck (+GF+ 1/4 Turn Ball Control Valve): PVC, Natural Polypropylene, and PVDF

These high-purity lab faucets feature an integrated swivel union that enables complete 360° rotation of the gooseneck without loosening any components, delivering superior flexibility and ease of use. Engineered for distilled, deionized, RO, ultra-filtered water, and chemical dispensing applications, the series delivers up to 6.5 GPM at 80 PSI. Injection-molded construction and a heavy-wall, custom-extruded gooseneck provide rigidity and durability. Available in PVC, unpigmented Natural Polypropylene, and PVDF.

  • 360° Swivel Gooseneck — Integrated swivel union provides full, free rotation while maintaining seal integrity.
  • +GF+ 1/4 Turn Ball Control Valve — Quick on/off actuation with PTFE seats and FKM O-rings for smooth operation and chemical resistance.
  • Flow Performance — Maximum 6.5 GPM @ 80 PSI.
  • Removable Serrated Barb Tip — Accepts 1/4"–1/2" I.D. tubing; removing the tip leaves a 1/4" Female NPT outlet.
  • Rugged Build — Injection-molded body with heavy-wall, custom-extruded gooseneck for increased rigidity.
  • Material Options — PVC, Natural Polypropylene (unpigmented), and PVDF to match purity and chemical compatibility needs.

Inlet Connections

Standard 3/8" Female NPT inlet. Each faucet includes a Jaco 3/8" O.D. × 3/8" MNPT compression tube fitting (material matched to faucet body: polypropylene for PP, PVDF for PVDF, etc.).

Deck Panel Mounting

Includes 3" through-deck nipple shank, ring nut, and casual-water gasket. Requires a 1" diameter mounting hole; maximum deck thickness 3".

Max Pressure Ratings

  • PVC: 180 PSI @ 72°F
  • Natural Polypropylene: 150 PSI @ 72°F
  • PVDF: 220 PSI @ 72°F

Materials of Construction

  • Body & Gooseneck: Injection-molded/extruded PVC, Natural Polypropylene, or PVDF (unpigmented for PP/PVDF)
  • Valve Seats: PTFE (in +GF+ ball valve)
  • Valve & Swivel Seals: FKM O-rings
