Material Options for Specific Applications The Series LB Lab Base Fixtures are available in three material options to suit your specific application requirements:

• PVC: Suitable for dispensing Type 3 (General Laboratory Grade) water and certain chemicals, providing an economical solution for applications where metal lab fixtures may corrode.
• Natural Polypropylene: Recommended for dispensing Type 2 (Analytical Grade) water and offers excellent chemical resistance, ensuring the integrity of your media. Also suitable for Type 1 (Ultrapure) and Type 3 (General Laboratory Grade) water dispensing.
• High Purity PVDF: The preferred choice for dispensing Type 1 (Ultrapure) water, providing exceptional resistance to aggressive chemicals and maintaining the highest level of purity in demanding laboratory environments.

Versatile Connections and Valve Technology The Series LB Lab Base Fixtures include a removable outlet barb fitting that accommodates various tubing sizes, with a 1/4" Female NPT outlet remaining when removed. This versatility allows for seamless integration with your existing laboratory setup.

The Duraline control valve features a crevice-free design with zero dead leg, minimizing the potential for contamination. The PTFE sealed, encapsulated PTFE shut-off seal provides extended life and reliable performance. The valve is marked with a black handle, white marker, and "DI" text, following SEFA code recommendation No. 7 for DI Water Applications. The valve is also fully renewable by replacing the internal cartridge, DL-RC180-PVD, as per SEFA 7-2010-8.2a.

Intuitive Operation and Installation The Series LB Lab Base Fixtures feature a positive stop at the off position, ensuring precise control over media dispensing. The standard 3/8" female NPT inlet supply connection allows for easy installation and compatibility with common laboratory plumbing. The serrated barb accepts 1/4" - 1/2" I.D. low durometer "soft" tubing, providing a secure and leak-free connection.
