Series TG TUFF GUARD Gauge Isolators
PVC, CPVC, Polypropylene, & PVDF Gauge Guards w/ All Stainless Ashcroft 1008s, Glycerin Filled 2.5" Dia. Gauge Installed. Assembly Internals Aqueous Glycerin Filled. Please contact factory to request part number and pricing for Silicone, Mineral Oil, or Halocarbon assembly internal filling.
Protect and Isolate Pressure Sensing Instruments. 

  • Gauge Installed is U.S. Made Ashcroft 1008s All Stainless 63mm (2.5") Glycerin Filled Gauge, Accuracy is +-1% of span
  • Modified PTFE Diaphragm Standard, Viton or EPDM Available
  • Diaphragm is Convoluted for Accurate Pressure Transmission.
  • Stainless steel reinforced instrument connection. Integrally molded. "Unbreakable!"
  • Reinforced process connection with compressive spoke ribs to transfer the tensile stress into compression.
  • Wall thickness meet or exceed ANSI Schedule 120.
  • Sufficient displacement to handle the required volumetric displacement of all instrument sizes and pressure ranges.
  • Integral wrench provisions for field service and maintenance. Diaphragm is Replaceable.
  • Low Profile Design eliminates Dead Volume
