Marquest Scientific FEP and PFA Coiled Tubing

Marquest Scientific offers a complete line of FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) and PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) coiled tubing, manufactured using our proprietary process for demanding laboratory, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and fluid-handling applications. Our standard coiled tubing is available in two series currently based on tube size:

• C2 Series: 1/4" OD Tubing, 1" Coil ID, 12" retracted length with 6" pigtail, stretches to 7 feet
• C3 Series: 3/8" OD Tubing, 2" Coil ID, 12" retracted length with 6" pigtail, stretches to 7 feet

All Marquest Scientific coiled tubes are manufactured to precise specifications for consistent performance in research and analytical settings.

Each product is offered in four configurations based on retracted coil length and its corresponding extended length:

• A 3″ retracted coil extends to 12″.
• A 6″ retracted coil extends to 24″.
• A 12″ retracted coil extends to 48″.
• A 18″ retracted coil extends to 72″.

At a baseline of 73°F (23°C), the tubing is rated for working pressures up to 420 psi (29 bar). In addition, temperature performance is excellent—FEP tubing maintains its integrity up to 200°F (93°C), while PFA tubing is engineered for continuous service up to 300°F (149°C).
