Our Mini Tuff Guard Gauge Isolators come pre-installed with an Ashcroft 1008s all-stainless steel gauge, providing a reliable and accurate solution for pressure monitoring in various industrial applications. These isolators protect the gauge from the process media while ensuring accurate pressure readings.

Gauge Style: The pre-installed Ashcroft 1008s all-stainless steel gauge has a 2.5" diameter and a glycerin-filled case for vibration dampening and pulsation protection. The gauge offers 1.5% accuracy over the full span.
Process/Inlet Connections: Choose from 1/2" male NPT, 1/4" male NPT, or 1/4" female NPT process connections to suit your system requirements.
Assembly Internals Fill: The isolator is filled with a 70% glycerin (99.5% FDA-approved) and 30% distilled water mix for optimal performance and protection. Silicone and halocarbon fills are also available upon request.
