AQUIS DI Water Spray Gun Overview
The AQUIS DI Water Spray Gun is engineered for the precise dispensing of high-purity and corrosive media, making it ideal for applications including distilled, deionized, reverse osmosis (RO), and ultra-filtrated water, as well as chemical dispensing.
Key Features:
- High-Purity Construction: The gun features a precision-molded, virgin high-purity PVDF body, ensuring the integrity of the media being dispensed.
- Innovative Sealing Technology: The one-piece, multi-purpose sealing component is precision-machined from modified PTFE. This advanced material isolates the flow path, ensuring purity while performing the off-sealing function. The exceptional flexibility of the PTFE sealing component provides outstanding cycle life, eliminating the need for O-rings or other elastomeric seals.
- Self-Draining Design: The spray head is designed with a self-draining reservoir, preventing stagnant water accumulation and ensuring consistent performance.
- Versatile Connection Options: Available with a range of inlet connections to suit various setups, including ¼” Female NPT, 3/8” Female NPT, and 3/8” Flare. Additional options include coiled or straight tubing made from different materials, providing flexibility for specific applications.
- Spray Pattern: The spray outlet is equipped with a cap and an orifice plate, providing an ideal spray pattern (See Data Sheet). The cap can be unthreaded to remove the orifice plate for cleaning or replacement.
- Recirculating Model Available: For applications requiring continuous flow, the Aquis DI Water Spray Gun is also available in a fully recirculating model (Model ASGR).
